Got it for my teenage daughter who had infected eczema and psoriasis over 70% of her body, very much stress related due to bullying at school. Wasn't responding too well to the creams provided so I decided to order this after consulting some medical friends. What can I say? Worked a treat, as long as my daughter remembered to use it. Scars dried up and once gone left her with unblemished skin.
Unfortunately didn’t help at all despite using it as instructed for over 2months.
Made my scalp psoriasis worse but didn’t have an effect of psoriasis on my body.
I have chronic psoriasis - stress related and was advised this would be helpful but the instructions are so complicated that I can’t even get started with it.
I think the user manual needs a complete overhaul.
I.e Step One - your skin type. Step 2 test patch (this is not body part specific). Step 3 usage. Simplify it.
You'd need to be a trained medical professional or the person who invented the tech to understand the user manual. For home use, it's of 'no use'! There needs to be a video link with a step by step 'how to use' guide. After reviewing the highly technical guide supplied with the device, I'm now reluctant to use it!

Excellent product. You have to be patient as it will take a while for results but works very well. Great investment for flare ups
Excellent results. I have had uvb light treatment on the nhs over many years for eczema and this lamp is just as affective. If you stick to the guidelines enclosed in the package, the results are brilliant. Itching becomes less severe after a couple of treatments until it gradually disappears and the eczema spots and lesions go crusty and faded during the treatment.
I order item for my wife we using it every day no improve at all didnt work for her I send email from 05.10.2022 for same reason the email lost .But kindly contacting me and asking me to return the item which I did and received refund day after very good customer service .recommended them

It is a bit of money to pay to buy the lamp but totally worth it.First results for me were visible after a month and half.
I have been using this lamp for the last 2-3 months, which helps calm my eczema. Usually, after a few sessions, my eczema is gone. Obviously, the lamp helps heal symptoms for a few days and improves my quality of life. The eczema probably returns for other underlying reasons and this lamp will not remove it indefinitely but it definitely works. From my point of view, it is well-spent money. I would definitely recommend using it for a few weeks to anybody who suffers from skin conditions.
I get awful psoriasis and it always crops up on my face and scalp as well as my body. Obviously this leads to depression whereby I don’t leave the house so this product helps me to get on top of my facial psoriasis so that I can leave the house. You do have to be patience as it takes a few weeks to clear. You also have to mindful that it’s not a cure so if you diet has gluten, dairy, sugar or nightshades, it won’t stay clear for long but it’s a good tool to use alongside a clean diet or to clear your skin to for an important event or to leave the house.
I lost my confidence massively when my psoriasis flared up and since I’ve had the UV Derma light, it has changed my life. All of my areas have cleared up and I finally feel confident to have my arms out and enjoy life. Love it.
Do not see result yet and plastic gauge broke first week
Suffered with widespread psoriasis for many years. Tried all the usual steroid creams, lotions etc. Completed two long sessions of light treatment at Kings Hospital where skin was completely cleared so decided to give this a try. Its worked brilliantly and much more convenient than having to get to a hospital three times a week at a set time. I've used it every other day starting at 30 seconds and building up to just over a minute for each patch. Its been 20 weeks and i'm pretty much clear of red patches. The instructions are far too complicated. I actually reached out to someone online that had started their treatment and they gave me a simple list of instructions which were so much easier to follow. Its a brilliant machine and would highly recommend.
Really good results so far on my patches of psoriasis. Instructions a little difficult to follow initially in the booklet.
This was for my son who had a massive eczema flare up and he could not get his phototherapy again due to time available before he left on a trip to USA. We bought the Derma Lamp and along with creams it made a massive improvement to his skin allowing us to get his eczema under control.thank you
I've suffered with psoriasis for 40 years, and spent 10 of those on medication to treat it. After Finding out the medication damaged my liver and stopped treatment completely which was difficult because naturally I started to have flakes reappaearing. I'd done a lot of research and few trips to the hospital regarding more sustainable ways to treat my skin. I was offered light treatment at the hospital but with work commitments, was just not viable for me any more. UV Derma came up and was encouraged by other reviews which prompted my purchase. I started off finding it hard to target all of my psoriasis, so have opted to targeting only the main areas. I am seeing results with less flakiness and reduced redness.
Product is excellent but the instructions are a nightmare.
Just say how to swich it on:how long :how far from skin.
I got this for my husband who has suffered with psoriasis his whole adult life. He has tried umpteen different lotions/potions over the years with the only thing working being light treatment via the hospital. The options for that are limited so we bought this product so he could work on this at home and target problem areas. I have to say I was sceptical, but it really is working! So pleased we found this product :-)

Absolutely wonderful my daughter has suffered with psoriasis for years on her legs nothing worked. She has been using it now for 2 months and her legs are so much better all the redness and itching has gone. Would recommend this to anyone.
The lamp itself is a good bit of kit, however the instructions on how long treatments should be could be clearer.
Due to Covid, was unable to access hosptial UVB treatment and also was told that it was limited to a certain number of treatments anyway so I thought I would try a home UVB lamp as sunbeds were doing nothing to improve my condition (psoriasis). As I had it on knees and elbows, I opted for the large paddle which covers more area and have been using it regularly. Results were slow but I have seen an improvement. It is a constant battle to reduce stress and manage the condition. For me UVB does help.
The quality of the item is fine however, the customer service aspect is still up in the air. I was advised I do not need this item and have reached out 2 times now regarding returning and have not gotten any response.
